Senior Fiscal Analyst

Intuit's International Accounting & Compliance organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fiscal Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing Intuit's operating efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical indirect tax expertise across various product lines, ensuring compliance with global VAT/GST rules.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the VAT return process, leveraging system capabilities and data quality to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage and represent indirect tax on finance/IT projects, ensuring accurate provisions and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Establish close relationships with FP&A to communicate indirect tax impacts of business and legislation changes.
  • Monitor VAT developments and determine business impacts, supporting the growth of international markets.
  • Manage ad hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of indirect tax experience, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of global VAT/GST rules, including electronically supplied services and digital services taxes.
  • Experience with tax engines, billing systems, and AP systems.
  • Understanding of the VAT return process and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple jurisdictions and deliver successfully.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and influencing skills.
