About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Box Office team as a Sales Advisor based at The Core at Corby Cube.

You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to visitors and customers, working in a busy sales environment with an interest in theatre.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain the integrity of our ticketing system
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
