Job Title: Information Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Information Manager to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at Translink. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the overarching IS strategy, managing projects from inception to completion, and leading business transformation initiatives to support the achievement of Translink's strategic and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the IS strategy for the PMO, aligning with Translink's business needs and objectives * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards * Lead business transformation initiatives, including process improvements, cultural changes, and technology upgrades * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs * Manage and maintain information management and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Requirements: * Minimum HND or equivalent in an Information Management, Information Systems, or related discipline * Minimum 2 years' experience in planning and implementing control processes in an ICT or PMO environment * Proven experience in managing complex ICT projects, with a strong track record of delivery * Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Desirable Criteria: * ITIL Certification * APM/PRINCE2 Project Management Qualification * Experience in managing ICT systems or delivery of projects within a PMO enterprise environment * Experience in End User training for ICT systems What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading transportation organization * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced Information Manager looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
