Job Title: Information Systems Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at Translink. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the overarching IS strategy, managing projects from inception to completion, and leading the planning, development, and implementation of information management and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the IS strategy for the PMO * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards * Lead the planning, development, and implementation of information management and reporting systems * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs * Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems * Ensure compliance with ITIL and other relevant standards Requirements: * Minimum HND or equivalent in an Information Management, Information Systems, or related discipline * Minimum 2 years' experience in successfully planning and implementing control processes in an ICT or PMO environment * Experience of working with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software * Experience in building reports within Excel, MS Project, and Power BI * ITIL certification and/or APM/PRINCE2 project management qualification What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading transportation organization * Collaborative and dynamic work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced Information Systems Manager looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
