Your Role:

As a Deputy Manager, you'll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You'll lead a team, support daily management, and empower individuals to engage in meaningful opportunities.

  • Provide leadership to colleagues and support the Service Manager in daily management.
  • Help individuals engage in activities and empower them to enjoy a great life.
  • Manage, deliver, and lead high-quality care using a person-centred approach.
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs.

Your Service:

Belstead Mews is a unique home for young people that supports them to learn life skills, complete their education, and thrive as they move into adulthood.

  • If successful, we'll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.
  • Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
