Job Description
This EDI Project Lead role is responsible for delivering projects that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation. The salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing EDI initiatives from planning to delivery
- Tracking progress and managing risks
- Ensuring outcomes meet strategic goals
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
You will need:
