Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SENCO to join our team. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for leading our special educational needs department and ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed.



Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and achievements.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and a supportive governing body that values collaboration and innovation.
