RIBBONS AND REEVES is a leading educational institution that prides itself on its commitment to fostering growth and inclusion for all students. We are seeking an exceptional Learning Assistant to join our team as a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant in Central West London.

Job Description

This long-term temporary contract through until July 2025 offers the opportunity to develop essential skills working closely with a student on a 1:1 basis. You will support the student's engagement with classroom activities and tailor assistance to individual needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience.

Key Highlights
  • Daily rate: £95.00 - £105.00, inclusive of holiday pay
  • Long-term position through to July 2025

About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience or a strong interest in supporting students with SEN, patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education. Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude are also essential.
