The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketplace Manager to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon and Pure Player accounts across Europe, focusing on driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Amazon & Pure Player Marketplace Accounts
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and margin growth across multiple European markets.
- Manage financial performance metrics, including Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Contribution Margin.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Media, and Brand, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners, including media agencies and distributors, to enhance marketplace success.
- Lead a Direct Report
- Supervise a direct report and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of e-commerce strategies.
Requirements
- Experience
- Extensive experience managing Amazon & Pure Player e-commerce accounts in European markets.
- Proven track record in e-commerce sales within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), ideally in Personal Care or Beauty.
- Skills
- Expertise in Amazon marketplace operations, including algorithms and optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Cranberry Panda offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. We are committed to attracting and retaining top talent and offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 and benefits.
