Client Services Professional

As a Junior Digital Account Manager at Searchability®, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class business-to-business marketing solutions. Our ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in account management, B2B, project research and planning, client services, campaign management, paid and social media, pitches, and digital marketing.
You will work closely with our creative and communications teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results. Day-to-day activities will include liaising with clients, handling client issues, and getting tickets set up as applicable. Our company values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.

The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in account management, B2B, project research and planning, client services, campaign management, paid and social media, pitches
- 1 year of experience in an account executive or similar role
- B2B client experience
- A passion for digital marketing and a good understanding of the industry
- Excellent organisational, planning and people management skills
