About the Opportunity:
NCAA is seeking a talented marketing leader to join our team as Head of Marketing and Innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
- Oversee the development and management of new products and services, working closely with stakeholders to ensure their success.
- Liaise with partners in key regions to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive management team to shape and execute the company's overall business strategy, including product strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of global marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive salary of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum.
