About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Engagement Lead to join our team at NRS Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our community, stakeholders, and service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead engagement with service users, carers, prescribers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Feedback and Quality Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from service users, carers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Communication and Promotion: Create and produce local communications, including social media, press releases, events, and promotional materials, to raise awareness of our services and promote engagement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and organizing work effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of working within a health or social care setting, with knowledge of clinical governance and standards.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer care, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: A Social Care or clinical qualification (such as nursing, physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) would be an advantage.
