  • Create , lead and attend existing groups formed to understand different groups needs and work and how the contract can support this.
  • Lead the delivery of surveys and all feedback from users, carers, prescribers and other stakeholders, including complaints, ensuring all feedback is responded to, analysed, reported as a co-ordinated picture of how the service is seen, and recommend changes and improvements accordingly.
  • Organise, promote and support engagement events locally.
  • Create and produce local communications with stakeholders, promoting awareness and understanding of what the service offers and how stakeholders can best work with us and make the most of our services. This will include for example social media, press, events, local websites, leaflets, posters, research and reports.
