Job Summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Children's Community Nurse to join our integrated team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to children and young people with complex medical needs, long-term health conditions, and short-term health conditions.

Main Responsibilities

You will hold a caseload of children with varied health conditions, ranging from complex medical needs to long-term health conditions. You will work closely with our specialist nurses to develop your skills and confidence in the role of a Children's Community Nurse.

Person Specification

  • Evidence of NMC Child Nurse qualification at diploma or degree level
  • Evidence of core competence within previous and present roles
  • Car driver, clean licence
  • Evidence of working with complex CYP
