Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide out-of-hours support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent knowledge of virtualized environments, Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
