We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Resilient Mental Health Team Lead to join our team at Look Ahead Care and Support in Tower Hamlets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead a dynamic mental health team, making a significant contribution to the delivery of high-quality services.

As a Resilient Mental Health Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality services, promoting excellence and innovation;
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of our mental health services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary;

Salary: £48,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week, with benefits including 25 days Annual Leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare and career progression.
