We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist/Research Nurse to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead nurse-led clinics, working closely with consultants to develop protocols and improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and monitoring of our dermatology services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of evidence-based nursing standards, guidelines, protocols, policies, and care pathways.
- Lead and support the implementation of the cancer outcomes and Quality Surveillance Programme requirements, focusing on patient experience and service developments.
- Provide expert advice, teaching, and support to nursing and junior medical staff in the care and management of dermatology patients.
- Act as a mentor and supervisor for nurses undertaking training in the specialty.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Trust's Nursing and Midwifery Strategy.

Person Specification- Registered General Nurse BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent experience.
- Teaching and assessing qualification.
- Recent experience caring for patients with dermatology.
- Evidence of continued professional development.

- Training or willingness to undertake Prescribing qualification, or willingness to work towards.
- Registered with the NMC as a specialist practitioner.
