Job Title: Clinical Services Manager - Nursing

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join their team in the Nursing department at The Lincoln Hospital.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically planning and managing clinical services, leading a team of clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Collaborate with the hospital management team to develop and implement business plans and financial management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Proven experience in clinical governance and leadership
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance requirements and NMC Code of Accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
