HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Carousel Logistics. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and delivering business outcomes.


About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our UK Operations Teams, providing HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will build relationships with managers, develop trust and credibility, and integrate the HRBP model.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted partner on all HR related matters.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure HR related issues are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on all employment related matters in accordance with best practice, company policies and procedures and current legislation.
  • Support with M&A's, ensuring policies and procedures are fit for purpose and fully compliant with current UK legislation.
  • Support managers throughout the recruitment process, driving high performance through the performance review process.
  • Use appropriate data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans where necessary.
  • Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support annual Q12 Gallup Survey process and develop and implement initiatives to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
  • Support with training plans, coordinate external training, monitor, and deliver training where appropriate.
  • To keep up to date with any legislative changes and developments and HR best practice.
  • Support with the implementation of Group HR projects.

Requirements

We are looking for a proven HR Business Partner with a track record of delivering business outcomes. You will have a strong understanding of HR best practice and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
