HR Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and supporting our UK Operations Teams.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with Managers to build relationships, trust, and credibility, providing HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering HR related projects, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and becoming a trusted partner on all HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on all employment related matters in accordance with best practice, company policies, and procedures.
- Support with M&A's, ensuring policies and procedures are fit for purpose and fully compliant with current UK legislation.
- Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
- Use appropriate data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans where necessary.
- Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Support annual Q12 Gallup Survey process and develop and implement initiatives to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
- Support with training plans, coordinate external training, monitor, and deliver training where appropriate.
- To keep up to date with any legislative changes and developments and HR best practice.
- Support with the implementation of Group HR projects.
Requirements
We are looking for a proven HR Business Partner with a track record of delivering HR related projects and developing relationships with key stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of HR best practice and be able to provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
