HR Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and supporting our UK Operations Teams.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with Managers to build relationships, trust, and credibility, providing HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering HR-related projects, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and becoming a trusted partner on all HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with best practice, company policies, and current legislation.
- Support with M&A's, ensuring policies and procedures are fit for purpose and fully compliant with current UK legislation.
- Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process, using data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans.
- Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, and support the annual Q12 Gallup Survey process.
- Develop and implement initiatives to ensure high levels of employee engagement, and support with training plans, coordinating external training, and monitoring delivery.
Requirements
We are looking for a proven HR business partner with a track record of delivering HR-related projects and developing relationships with key stakeholders. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
