Complex Care Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality, complex care for individuals with tracheostomies and ventilations in the area. You will be responsible for delivering essential care to patients in their own homes or healthcare settings, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personalized care to patients with tracheostomies and ventilations
  • Carefully managing medications and administering basic nursing duties as directed by registered nurses
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort through attentive observation and prompt intervention
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or relevant healthcare qualifications
  • Valid Care Certificate or willingness to complete one
  • Right to work in the UK (mandatory)
  • Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willingness to undergo one
