About the RoleThis position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and monitoring service quality, ensuring continuity of care, and addressing gaps in work availability to maintain viable schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Experience of working with people, face-to-face and telephone, to foster strong relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities, highly organised with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including competent use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience of using electronic rostering systems to ensure seamless scheduling.
