About the Role

Prestige Nursing & Care Peterborough is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our care and support team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred, specialised care to clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care services to clients with varying needs and requirements
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for supporting vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems
