Prestige Nursing & Care Peterborough Branch is seeking dedicated and passionate support workers to join our care and support team.

Job Overview

We are looking for individuals who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families, providing person-centred, specialised care in their own homes on a one-to-one basis.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour for weekdays, £12.36 per hour for weekends, and £18.00 per hour for bank holidays. This role also offers a variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle, work with our own clients, no agency work, pension scheme, blue light card, free DBS check, enhanced maternity/paternity and adoption schemes, continued professional development, holiday pay, and refer a friend incentive.

Responsibilities
  • Prompting medication
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties, and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence and use of your own car required
  • Good professional and personal references
  • Friendly manner and polite attitude
