**Support Worker Role**:

Your role will involve maintaining high standards of care services and assisting with general day-to-day activities within our home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of a focused team to meet the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence.
- Ensure that care services are consistently delivered to a high standard, contributing to the well-being of our residents.
- Assist in caring for residents, providing support with daily activities as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and inclusive environment within the home.
- Undertake other general day-to-day activities as required to support the smooth operation of the home.

**Reporting Structure**:
Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker

**Requirements**:

- Caring and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
