About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at NFP People as a Fundraising Executive. As a key member of our Supporter Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our individual giving programme of activity, driving income generation through both acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering the individual giving programme of activity, driving income generation through both acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Ensure long-term support and maximise donor lifetime value.
- Work closely with the team to manage the sometimes busy and high-energy environment, ensuring that the team is able to support the NHS through every challenge they may face.
- Offer sector-leading flexibility, prioritising staff wellbeing and work-life balance.
About You
We are looking for a direct marketing professional with a track record of efficiency, innovative thinking, and a passion for helping the NHS tackle today's challenges and tomorrow's opportunities. You will have strong analytical and planning skills, as well as a confident communicator. Knowledge of charity fundraising is ideal, but we encourage candidates with exceptional transferrable and personable skills to apply.
