Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven and high-performing individual to join our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers, including Facilities Managers, Building Managers, and Concierge's
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in new business sales, with a minimum of 12 months field-based experience
  • A thorough understanding of a typical sales process and how to build prospect lists
  • A motivated, ambitious, resilient, and tenacious attitude, with high energy levels and fantastic relationship-building skills
The Package

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £35k-£40k, with huge earning potential (£12k year 1 uncapped). You will also receive a mobile phone, company credit card for work-related travel, laptop, and pension. Additionally, you will enjoy 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
