We are evoke, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands, including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green. We're looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director who'll be responsible for providing comprehensive financial insights and strategic support to the CFO and Executive team.

Working within the dynamic and fast-growing gaming industry, you'll focus on enhancing visibility into the company's financial performance, driving forecasting accuracy, and facilitating decision-making through advanced financial analysis.

The role is critical in aligning the organisation's financial objectives with its short, mid, and long-term strategic plans, ensuring that the company remains agile and data-driven in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting, leading the financial planning process, including annual budgets, monthly reforecasts, and long-term value creation plan, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives and key value driving initiatives (KVDs)
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting, developing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses against budgets and forecasts. Provide insights into drivers of financial performance and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration, partnering with business leaders across the organisation, including marketing, commercial, product and technology to understand key drivers of performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making processes.
  • Executive Support & Board Presentations, preparing financial materials and present key findings to the CFO, Executive leadership team, and the Board of Directors. Drive discussions on performance, outlook, and strategic initiatives.
  • Risk Management & Scenario Planning, providing insight into financial risks and opportunities, offering proactive recommendations to mitigate risks or leverage opportunities in an evolving gaming market. Support scenario planning for shifts in industry trends and consumer behaviour.
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience in FP&A, including proven experience in leadership role you're a strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and financial reporting with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industry is preferred.
