RICHARD JAMES RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS LTD is seeking a top-tier candidate to fill the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

The ideal candidate will hold professional accountancy qualifications and possess multiple years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

This position is pivotal to the company's growth and success, and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving this forward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Group Budget: The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for preparing the Group budget, which will be used as a foundation for the company's financial planning.
  • Reforecasting: The successful candidate will also be responsible for reforecasting the Group budget throughout the year, taking into account any changes in the market or the company's financial performance.
  • Three-Year Plan: The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a three-year plan, which will outline the company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Liaising with Local FP&A Teams: The successful candidate will work closely with local FP&A teams and Group functions to ensure the preparation of the budget and three-year plan.
  • Delivery of Financial Analysis: The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for delivering all financial analysis requirements of the Chairman and C-suite, including key non-financial metrics.
