Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our Finance and Commercial Directorate at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). This position is a new role based in the Finance Department and reporting to the Finance Director.
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team of dedicated Finance Business Partners and working closely with the senior leadership team as a strategic advisor to develop analytic insights to support our ambition to improve women's healthcare across the world.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the College's annual budget-setting process, providing expert financial advice and support to budget managers and senior leaders.
- Provide long-term financial planning support for the College, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with budget managers and senior leaders, offering expert financial guidance and support.
- Manage, motivate and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with expertise in financial planning, management reporting and leadership.
