Nurse Practitioner

As a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents at Advinia Care Homes Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to lead by example and work collaboratively with our talented care teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of person-centred care, including general observations, wound care, medication management, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your exceptional leadership skills will enable you to mentor and motivate your team to provide outstanding care. In return, we offer competitive pay rates (£34,000 - £40,000 per annum), paid breaks, and a range of benefits that support your career development and well-being.
If you have a valid NMC License with a minimum of 1 year's nursing practice and possess excellent communication and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
