About The PositionThe Kings Oak Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner - Wards to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, promoting best practices and effective communication.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £42,000 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable roles.
