We are seeking a skilled High-Tech Engineer Professional to join our team in Preston. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, managing warranties and repair orders, and maintaining user manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients over the phone to address queries and concerns.
  • Manage warranties and repair orders to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain and update user manuals to reflect changes and improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Engineering or a related field.
  • An HNC in an Engineering discipline.
  • Experience with Power tools, although not essential.
