Childcare Development Officer

Join our Team: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our nursery team as a Nursery Apprentice.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.
- As part of the team, you will contribute to providing excellent care for children, including washing, changing, and feeding.
- Your duties will also involve acting as a key worker and recording observations and planning for a small group of children.
Salary and Benefits: £0 per hour, increasing to National Minimum/Living Wage after 12 months of employment.
Training and Development: You will receive training from Showcase Training, including NCFE/CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator, and Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
