Are you an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join our team in Cranleigh, Surrey. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 4 days, with 1:3 Saturday mornings (with time off in lieu).

About Us

We are a well-established, RCVS-accredited, and nurse training veterinary practice located in Cranleigh. Our practice has undergone significant refurbishment and now consists of three fully equipped units, including a small waiting area, two consult rooms, a staff room, an office, an x-ray room, a dental suite, a theatre, and prep area.

What We're Looking For
  • An experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong background in GP practice.
  • A particular interest in dentistry or surgery.
  • Ideally some leadership or management experience, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.

As a Lead Veterinarian, you will be responsible for leading a supportive team in delivering high-quality veterinary care and services. You will work closely with our veterinarians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
