Role Overview

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Electrical Distribution Specialist. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and developing our grid infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient electricity supply to millions of people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain 132kV electricity networks, including overhead lines, underground cables, and substations.
  • Deliver asset replacement programs, network reinforcement, and new connections from 11kV to 132kV.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and provide civil activities training.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Sciences, or Data Sciences (min. 2:2).
  • A full valid UK driving license allowing you to drive in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel within the role and throughout your rotations as required.
  • The legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the graduate program.
