Client Administrator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Administrator to join our Client Administration team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of compliance and billing administration tasks, including managing the Client Inception Module (CIM) and liaising with Executive Assistants, Legal Secretaries, and fee earners.

Job Description- Manage the Client Inception Module (CIM), ensuring all activities and duties adhere to risk and compliance requirements.
- Support case-related work, completing tasks for matters/files and maintaining client & matter data within the case and practice management system.
- Prepare and monitor the processing of bills, working closely with the accounts team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered for this position, depending on experience.
