IT Systems Administration Specialist

The Valuation Tribunal for Wales is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office IT equipment and cloud-based systems.
This position requires expertise in managing and maintaining SQL databases and their interactions with websites and mobile devices, as well as providing technical support to end-users, training staff in the use of Office 365 applications, and working on system improvement projects including website development.
Maintaining accurate IT asset registers, documenting system processes, identifying and mitigating IT risks, and assisting in the implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures are also essential responsibilities.
