About the Job:

As a Financial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial assistance to our clients in Newport. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

You will be working within our client accounts team, processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. Previous experience in lettings or client accounting is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Daily tasks will include administrative and accounting duties, such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • You will handle internal and external communication, providing support to our lettings administration and property management teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and relevant legislation.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must have excellent numeracy skills, GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, and proficiency in MS Office. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary:
