Job Description
We are seeking a talented Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Haringey. The ideal candidate will work closely with children who have a range of needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and SEMH.
About the Opportunity:
- Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
- Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
This exciting role involves supporting the learning and personal development of children with special educational needs, providing emotional support, and helping them thrive in a positive environment.
The Successful Candidate:
- Nurturing and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
- Engaging and creative, finding ways to inspire and motivate children in their learning.
- Knowledgeable in SEND support, ideally with experience or qualifications in working with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.
