About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Recovery Nurse Lead to join our team at the Transformation Unit. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in the provision of care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the theatre service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the provision of care to patients.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the theatre service.
