**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, excluding recruitment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills to continuously assess and improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.
  • Ensure that employees are aware of and understand their benefits packages.
  • Monitor employee turnover rates and work to develop strategies for retention and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and performance management outcomes to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or similar industry.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
