About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in a school environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to our clients and customers
  • Create attractive food and counter displays to enhance the dining experience
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Previous experience in a similar role, although not essential
