About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Three Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sell Three's products and services to customers in a personable and approachable manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure you can demonstrate to customers why they should choose Three.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, taking care of them in a patient and professional manner until resolution.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer-service based role.
  • Flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Keen interest in technology and a desire to learn with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident and sociable teammate with ability to work towards individual and team goals.
  • Self-motivated, patient, and personable individual.
