About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Three Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Drive sales by promoting our products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure you can demonstrate to customers why they should choose Three.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
