About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Lloyd Court, a 40-flat housing with care scheme. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, working closely with the home managers and community health and social care professionals.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and be able to demonstrate these skills and qualities at the interview stage.

About Lloyd Court:

Lloyd Court is a unique housing with care scheme where we provide care and support to tenants who live with us in their own flat. As a Care Team Leader, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive team that makes a real difference in the lives of our residents.
