Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Norse Care, working across 8 of our services in North East Norfolk. This is a casual opportunity, covering annual leave and sickness on days or nights.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals.
- Lead and motivate others, working closely with home managers to support the day-to-day supervision of staff and oversee the care provided.
- Provide compassionate care, setting an example through high-quality, person-centred care.
- Champion residents' independence, using expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
- A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across West Norfolk.
