About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Benjamin Court in Cromer. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the home managers and community health and social care professionals.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care, with a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and be able to demonstrate our core values: We care completely, We collaborate proactively, We act with integrity, We pursue better, and We make it happen.
About Benjamin Court:
Benjamin Court is our housing with care scheme in Cromer, providing care and supports to up to 30 tenants living in their own flat. As a Care Team Leader, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive team, working together to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings
