About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Benjamin Court in Cromer. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the home managers and community health and social care professionals.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and providing exemplary care. You will need to have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings. You will also need to demonstrate our core values: We care completely, We collaborate proactively, We act with integrity, We pursue better, and We make it happen.
About Benjamin Court:
Benjamin Court is our housing with care scheme in Cromer, providing care and supports to up to 30 tenants living in their own flat. As a Care Team Leader, you will be working in a supportive and inclusive team environment, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
